Pancakes

  • 3 tbs Chickpea flour.
  • 1 pinch Onion powder.
  • 1 pinch Salt.

Filling

  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 6 gr Chia

Instructions
 

  • Mix the chickpea flour, garlic powder and salt.
  • Add water until a thick liquid consistency is achieved.
  • Preheat a frying pan with a little oil.
  • Pour 1/3 of the mixture to form the pancake.
  • Wait about 2 to 3 minutes, when it is fully cooked turn it over.
  • Ready to fill in.
