Chickpea pancake with avocado and chia
- Frying pan
- 3 tbs Chickpea flour.
- 1 pinch Onion powder.
- 1 pinch Salt.
- 1/2 Avocado
- 6 gr Chia
- Mix the chickpea flour, garlic powder and salt.
- Add water until a thick liquid consistency is achieved.
- Preheat a frying pan with a little oil.
- Pour 1/3 of the mixture to form the pancake.
- Wait about 2 to 3 minutes, when it is fully cooked turn it over.
- Ready to fill in.
