Oat flour with almonds, chia and blueberries
- 40 gr Oats
- 20 gr Almonds
- 6 gr Chia
- 25 gr Blueberries
- Put the oatmeal in a bowl with the Chia, the almonds and grated lemon.
- Then add boiling water and wait for the oats to absorb the water.
